Job Summary :
The Chill Brothers are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our growing and agile marketing team. This person will report directly to the CMO and play a key role in driving the overall performance of our digital lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, combining a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and creative problem-solving. Collaboration with senior leaders across Sales will be essential to optimize conversions and achieve cost-effective customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy, managing a team of marketing professionals and freelancers.
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
- Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (social media advertising).
- Drive SEO efforts to achieve top organic search rankings.
- Regularly review and refine advertising campaigns to maintain positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
- Develop and implement email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct multi-channel analytics reviews (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A / B tests and user feedback initiatives to improve results across digital channels and assets.
