Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support child welfare and development.
- Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child's development.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical education and gross motor skills development.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring all materials are safe for use.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
- Attend professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on early childhood education trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. P3, N8 limited CE or CE
- Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus but not required at the time of hire.
