PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT TEACHER

$21/hour | 30 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Position starts early September
The Children’s School is looking for a fun, creative, energetic Assistant Teacher to join our small, play-based preschool!
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and brings positive energy, creativity, and flexibility to the classroom. Preschool days don’t always go according to plan, so being able to adapt, jump in, and go with the flow is a must!
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is FUN, playful, energetic, and actively engaged with the kids
- Is creative and enjoys bringing new ideas into the classroom
- Is flexible and can easily adapt throughout the day
- Has excellent communication skills, especially with parents and families
- Takes initiative and sees what needs to be done
- Is dependable, positive, and works well as part of a team
- Meets Minnesota Assistant Teacher qualification requirements for a licensed child care center
