The Children's Home is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to become part of our NEW Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program! The Youth ACT Program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
Responsibilities
- You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university accompanied by appropriate license required.
- Licensed include, but are but are not limited to: Psychologists, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT.
- MSWs with their Limited Permit are eligible to apply
- Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required
