Duties
- Develop and implement innovative curricula tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote active participation and foster curiosity among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to support positive student interactions.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Support children’s overall development through early intervention strategies, special education accommodations, and age-appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's welfare, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members.
- Experience managing classrooms with diverse learners, including those requiring special education support or behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to assess student progress accurately.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
