Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- This position requires an active NYS license in Occupational Therapy
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) are also welcome to apply!

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in home and community-based settings
- Develop and implement treatment sessions based on each child’s IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) goals.
- Document session notes and maintain progress records in compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support carryover of strategies in daily routines.
- Coordinate care with program supervisors and other service providers working with the child.
