Job Type: Full-time Secretary
Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Writing skills.
- Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
- Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide clerical support for the Foster Care team
- Perform tasks such as Word processing, filing, uploading/data entry, answering and routing phone calls
- Complete reference checks
- Update Reports and calendar
- Log incoming and outgoing mail
- Participate in staff meeting and training
