Full‑Time | Multiple Shifts | Immediate Openings
We are hiring Direct Care Staff to supervise and support male and female youth in a staff‑secure residential setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, patient, and committed to helping youth grow in a structured environment.
Shifts Available
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Summary
Direct Care Staff are responsible for maintaining safety, providing supervision, documenting daily behavior, and supporting youth through structured routines. This role requires professionalism, consistency, and the ability to respond calmly in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and ensure the safety and security of youth
- Interact with youth, families, and staff in a professional and respectful manner
- Monitor and document the whereabouts of residents at all times
- Complete daily progress notes, incident reports, and behavior documentation
- Attend required trainings and treatment team meetings
- Perform Safe Crisis Management techniques when necessary
- Follow all agency policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass all required background checks, drug screening, and SCM training
- Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, reach, stand, and walk repetitively
