What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Childcare Teacher position at The Child Development Center of Easton?
We are looking for a reliable and dependable Late Care Teacher to join our childcare team. The initial schedule will be 3:00 PM–9:30 PM, with the possibility of additional hours based on availability and the needs of the center.
The ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, strong attendance, reliable transportation, and a genuine passion for working with children. Candidates should be comfortable caring for children of various ages, maintaining a safe and organized classroom, assisting with meals and activities, and completing end-of-day classroom duties.
Reliability and punctuality are extremely important for this position. Applicants must be able to consistently work their scheduled hours and communicate professionally with management, coworkers, children, and families.
Childcare experience is preferred. Candidates must also be willing and able to complete all Pennsylvania childcare employment requirements, including required clearances and background checks.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable member of our team, not someone seeking temporary or inconsistent employment.
