We are currently looking for a Full Time Program Therapist to join our Violence Prevention and Residential Recovery Team B team located at the Healthy Lifestyles working
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Summary:
Provides therapeutic services to families, couples and individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
- Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
- Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
- Leads family education classes, such as relationship enhancement training
- Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
- Utilizes an electronic health record keeping system to complete progress notes, treatment plans and other therapy-related materials to document appropriate legal and ethical standards of therapeutic services are upheld
- Interfaces with other Department of Family Services programs and other non-tribal entities to effectively deliver services to clients
- Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner

- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
