What are the responsibilities and job description for the Player Development Casino Host position at the Chickasaw Nation?
We are currently looking for a Full Time Player Development Casino Host to join our Marketing team located at Riverwind Casino.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Circulates the casino floor to meet new players, and greets familiar players to establish winning experience relationships
- Arrange complimentary use of the facilities including but not limited to food, lodging, retail, and pool in order to secure relationships with highly rated players
- Resolves guest complaints using reflective listening, courtesy, and providing financial resolution as needed to create a winning experience for the customer and facility
- Maintains accurate records and updates of room occupancy/availability, all paperwork associated with reservations, folios, and guest stay evaluations
- Provides instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity
- Maintains contact log of assigned players/guests by inputting contact information into the casino lodging system
- Learn and perform Night Audit for the facility
- Makes outbound calls to notify mid-level guest of upcoming events and encourage reservations
- Encourages increase attendance
- Encourages time on property
- Encourages use of club passport to promote higher tier status
- Telemarkets inactive guest to drive revenue and build elite tier database
- Participates in performance improvement activities to measure, assess and improve the quality of assigned work area
- Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate - files, logs, records, reports, etc.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
