Position Summary: The Night Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department.
What you’ll do:
Performs nighttime warehouse operations.
Performs all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals and deadlines.
Models company policies and procedures.
Ensures all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines.
Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Works with Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.
Employee shall adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures and trainings.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must be able to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Vision abilities require by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
About you:
1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
Food industry experience preferred.
High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
