About the Role:
As a Deviation Analyst, you will play a vital role in our revenue generation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Finance) to collect and process vendor-provided rebate and deal information.
- Accurately loading vendor-funded rebates and deals into our internal systems.
- Maintaining meticulous records of loaded programs, including key details such as effective dates, rebate amounts, and qualifying criteria.
- Regularly tracking loaded programs to ensure accurate and consistent billing.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to rebate and deal loading and billing.
- Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders regarding the status of rebate and deal programs.
- Contributing to process improvements and documentation related to rebate and deal management.
- Proven experience in a similar role involving data entry, processing, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various internal departments.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a capacity to navigate complex processes to achieve effective solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
