Cook/ Back of House (BOH)

As a Cook/BOH team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy the authentic flavors and quality that THE CHEF'S PHO is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Adhering to food safety standards and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting.
• A valid Food Handler Card (required).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
