QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a culinary management position in a $2M operation, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere. *Please note: limited creativity in this role - menu is dictated by ownership. High School education required. A minimum of 2 years of formal culinary schooling is preferred.Needs to be able to work holidays - these are some of our busiest days.ResponsibilitiesLead the BOH team with patience and positivityInterview, hire, train, supervise, schedule, and participate in activities of chefs, cooks, and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with productivity standards, cost controls, and forecast needs.Monitor staff performance, product quality, and production flow; foster improvement where necessary.Must have a valid U.S. work visa for this opportunity.
