Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
- High-volume, full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- Positive, people-focused, and detail-oriented hospitality mindset.
- Strong communication skills with a team-first leadership approach.
Responsibilities:
- Complete paid 8-week FOH and BOH cross-training across service, expo, prep, and line operations.
- Support daily shifts by coaching teams and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with inventory ordering, prep processes, production, and operational checklists.
- Help drive performance through organization, consistency, and attention to detail.
