Location: Koreatown - Los Angeles, CASalary: $80,000 - $100,000Comprehensive Benefits: M/D/V Insurance, 401K, PTO Lead a high-volume Korean BBQ restaurant with full oversight of operations, team performance, and profitability.Qualifications:5 years' progressive full-service restaurant management experience; Korean BBQ experience strongly preferredDeep knowledge of Korean cuisine, Korean dining culture, and Asian spirits (soju, makgeolli, sake/whisky, etc.)Fluency in Korean strongly preferred; confident communicator with strong guest-facing presenceStrong P&L, budgeting, labor planning, inventory, and cost control capability (FMP preferred, not required) Responsibilities:Own full FOH & BOH operations: staffing, training, scheduling, service execution, kitchen coordination, and shift leadershipDrive financial performance through forecasting/budgets, cash controls, inventory/purchasing, vendor management, and corrective action plansElevate guest experience by auditing food, beverage, and service standards; coaching leaders; and building regular/patron relationshipsLead recruiting, hiring, performance management, payroll/admin accuracy, and compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
