Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Proven success managing multiple outlets or high-volume F&B operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Lead and develop management and hourly teams through hands-on training, mentorship, and performance management.
- Create and maintain an engaging service culture that reflects the company's brand focus on heartfelt hospitality.
- Manage outlet budgets, labor, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are achieved.
