Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a manager role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Formal culinary education, plus current ServSafe Certification (allergen training preferred).
- Experience with at least $13M in banquet revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and discipline banquet kitchen staff while ensuring Four Seasons' service and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee daily banquet kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Manage banquet event execution by coordinating details from Banquet Event Orders and controlling labor, purchasing, and inventory costs.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
