Head Coach – The Chatty Cat Café
The Chatty Cat Café is looking for a strong, hospitality-focused leader to join our team as a Head Coach. Must be at least 18 years of age.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves creating memorable customer experiences, enjoys coaching and supporting a team, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
At The Chatty Cat Café, we’re more than just a coffee shop. We combine coffee, customer experience, community, and rescue cats into a one-of-a-kind environment — and we’re looking for someone excited to help lead that experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Coach and encourage baristas and team members
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused environment
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
- Help uphold company standards and systems
- Problem solve and help the team stay organized during busy shifts
- Step in wherever needed to support the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Outgoing, positive, and hospitality-minded personality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable coaching others and giving feedback
- Consistent weekend availability required
- Barista Cafe experience required
- Passion for customer experience and animal rescue is required
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15/hour tips
- Weekly pay
- Open availability required
