We are introducing our newest property with Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a luxurious boutique hotel on Cape Cod.
The Chatham Inn is the only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel in Cape Cod. Our 19-guest room hotel blends historic charm with modern amenities, a fine dining restaurant, and wine bar.
About the Role
We are seeking a Food Server to join our team for varying shifts. As a Food Server, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests.
You will work with a team that is committed to providing the finest guest service. We offer flexible scheduling with either AM or PM shifts, depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- For AM Shifts: Serve our complimentary breakfast to guests and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the service.
- For PM Shifts: Work in Cuvee, our fine dining restaurant, and provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations (Relais & Châteaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
- Knowledge of local area and its attractions (a plus)

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation rates:
- For AM Shifts: $18.00 per hour
- For PM Shifts: $6.75 per hour tips
