What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at The Chateau Restaurants?
The Chateau Restaurant located in Woburn MA is now hiring a Front of House Manager to join the team.
Enjoy a 45hr work week, the schedule includes some days, nights and weekends (every other Sunday). Daily responsibilities can include but are not limited to: opening & closing duties, running the floor during busy periods, resolving guest conflicts, training staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Candidates must have exceptional leadership skills; previous restaurant experience in a high volume setting is preferred. At least 2 years of Full-Service Restaurant and or bar Supervisory or Manager Experience required. You need to be a natural team leader, be reliable, have strong time management & communication skills, you should be organized and enjoy working with the public. For this position you must have the ability to provide the finest guest experience while leading a motivated and guest-service focused team. Background check to be preformed at time of job offer. To be eligible for this position, a candidate must be a U.S. national or have existing U.S. work authorization.
