What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at The Chateau Restaurants?
The Chateau in Stoughton MA is looking for experienced & enthusiastic Bartender / Server to join the team. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips, Free Employee meals. This position would be for both Bartender Shifts and Server Shifts, a combination of both.
Responsibilities
- Part Time available.
- Night & weekend work availability is required including every other Sunday, mid-week availability is a plus!
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender for at least 1 years, high volume experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- TIPS Certification is a plus
