The Chase Agency LLC is one of upstate New York's largest process serving companies. We have an immediate need to hire a reliable Office Assistant who will also be a courier to local courts and business offices within walking distance.
We are in need of a warm and intelligent person to interact with our servers, handle mail, order office supplies, run office related errands, and keep the office clean and organized. We'll train you - so you don't need any experience in this role.

Ideal Candidate
You’re organized and you don’t mind learning new things. You’re comfortable with technology and can work from an online platform as long as you get training on how to use it.

Responsibilities:
General office duties including scanning, printing, mailing. Walking to courts to file. Serving legal documents on governmental agencies.
We’ll provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
