THE ROLE – INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time, hybrid position with a strong in-office presence.
In this role, you’ll drive growth by connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through meaningful conversations. You’ll work closely with our team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals while building long-term relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Proactively engage customers through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Identify needs and recommend solutions that go beyond price
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track activity and manage pipeline within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
WHO YOU ARE
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Confident communicator (phone and written)
- Organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving goals
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred)
- Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a plus
- Preference given to candidates with embalming or funeral profession background

- Base salary of $50,000–$55,000, plus monthly commission
