About the Role:
Local real estate team is seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic Executive Assistant/Social Media Manager to support the team. This role includes administrative support, agent support, social media content, and event planning. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Broker Support
* Manage calendar, calls, and communication for Team Lead
* Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and coaching templates
* Transaction Coordinator for Agents
Agent & Office Support
* Onboard and off-board agents (including printer setup and file updates)
* Distribute internet/office leads and ensure agent accountability
* Maintain monthly social media marketing kits for agents
* Support internal communications and reminders for classes and events
Marketing & Social Media
* Manage company social media accounts (including Top Agents, Teams of the Month, etc.)
* Design and publish Canva-based content for events, recognition, and engagement
Event Coordination
* Plan, schedule, and organize team events
* Coordinate logistics, venues, and décor for meetings and workshops
* Prepare and update templates for book clubs, team meetings, and training sessions
Strategic Partner Support
* Communicate with vendors and sponsors for classes and event funding
* Schedule strategic partners for educational sessions and events
Requirements:
* Prior experience in administrative or real estate office support preferred
* Proficient with Canva, Trello, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Friendly, professional, and highly organized
