What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a strategic volunteer who can
- Help connect our projects to the bigger picture - mapping how they fit together systemically
- Support long-term strategic planning for TCUS platforms & initiatives
- Identify potential risks, blockers, or gaps in our operational & technical approach
- Help structure workflows and decision-making processes across teams
- Occasionally help translate complex strategy into clear communications (internally & externally)
- Be a trusted sounding board for TCUS leadership on systems design, scale strategy, and roadmap planning
- A systems thinker, strategist, or innovation professional
- Skilled at seeing patterns across projects, people, and systems
- Experienced in social innovation, tech strategy, or nonprofit operations
- Collaborative, analytical, and mission-driven
- Bonus Background in sustainability, social impact tech, or organizational design
- Bonus Familiarity with systems thinking frameworks or complex problem solving
- Help shape the long-term structure of a new, systemic nonprofit model
- Apply your strategic thinking to real-world, mission-driven initiatives
- Flexible, remote contribution - no rigid time commitment
