We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Utility Worker to support our production operations at our New Jersey facility.

This is a First-shift position (6:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday) with slight flexibility in a start & end time each day

Job Summary:

The Utility Worker plays a key support role across multiple departments, helping maintain clean and organized workspaces while ensuring production teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the production floor.
• Keep Pick and Place machines stocked with folded materials and labels for assembly operations.
• Remove empty pallets and boxes promptly from workstations to maintain workflow.
• Empty trash bins daily and ensure waste is disposed of according to company guidelines.
• Perform other general labor or housekeeping tasks (Both indoor & outdoor) as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support all safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards on the production floor.
• Inventory support (Ordering, stocking, etc)

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
