January 2026 Confidential
BUSINESS AND FINANCE PROFESSIONAL
Professional Services
We specialize in providing a full suite of services to entrepreneurial and growth-oriented companies, creating operational foundations and high-performance teams for a profitable future. No two engagements are the same. We develop a thorough understanding of each company’s business to identify needs then execute solutions as appropriate for that company in its life-cycle stage. We then remain with each company, becoming responsible for their direction and results.
You will become a key member of each of your clients, typically working with multiple clients simultaneously. Responsibilities vary by client and their needs, but we leverage your strengths while stretching your boundaries. On-going and project-based deliverables will span a wide range of areas, including organizational structure, strategy, streamlined operations, systems, human resources, budgeting, finance – even marketing and business development. You will experience variety and challenge in your career. We are a small firm providing the Chief Financial Officer perspective, expertise and results – which touches almost every aspect of a company. The successful candidate will have experience in entrepreneurial and mid-sized corporate environments. A foundation in finance or accounting is a plus – as is a blend of professional-service and corporate experience.
You have experienced success thus far in your career, with 5 to 10 years of experience thus far, with increasing responsibility, looking for increased job satisfaction, greater control of your career, or a change in environment (such as less travel, see the impact of your efforts, less politics, etc…). You have more to learn and further to grow, the energy and drive to do so, and are looking for the path to that future. You embrace responsibility and have experience making decisions.
Predilection for Growth – you have the basic skills and interest for identifying needs and improving visibility into companies’ financial performance, growth prospects and operational efficiency, and naturally look at situations for improvement opportunities.
Rewarding Career – see your ideas, decisions and hard work translate into a company’s improved operations, revenue growth, and increased profits – across the clients that you provide for. Be a key part of their team, and an integral component to their success.
Growing and Entrepreneurial -- Our typical company / client is led by one or two brilliant individuals who
created an outstanding product or service, and who look to our team to help form a successful company
around it, including raising capital, providing operational insights, contracting executing marketing programs, commercializing the product, and in some cases preparing for an exit.
