This is a hands-on, technical position. You’ll be working directly with production equipment, software, and workflows where precision, efficiency, and problem-solving matter every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet strict quality and output targets
- Work with DTF printers, heat press systems, embroidery machines, UV printers, and related equipment
- Manage digital workflows using RIP software, file preparation, and machine interfaces
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, alignment, color profiles, feed rates, etc.) to maintain consistent results
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to keep equipment running optimally
- Troubleshoot mechanical, software, and print-quality issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Follow SOPs and quality-control processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What You Must Have
- Direct DTF printing experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience operating production or printing machinery
- Strong technical understanding of machine operation, settings, and output control
- Confidence working with software, control panels, and digital production workflows
- Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines

- Experience across multiple platforms: DTF, UV, embroidery, heat press, or similar systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability — you don’t wait for problems to escalate
- Mechanical awareness and comfort working with equipment beyond “basic operation”
