Recruitment & Outreach
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified foster families.
- Represent the agency at community events, informational sessions, schools, places of worship, and other outreach opportunities.
- Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment with the purpose of bringing in more diverse foster parents.
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (flyers, social media content, newsletters, etc.).
- Maintain a calendar of recruitment activities and campaigns.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective foster parents in a timely and professional manner.
