Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Studio Team Members to join our dynamic front desk team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for helping others will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and promptly checking them into class
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring that studios, bathrooms and common areas are kept clean and well stocked.
- Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism in a timely manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of our class offerings by attending classes (must be outside of scheduled work shifts - unlimited membership is provided to our employees)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily tasks and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in yoga studio or gym environments is preferred but not required.
- Effectiveness at cleaning and maintaining an organized studio environment with an attitude of leaving the space better than you found it.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Able to climb stairs and ladders and able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Only apply if you're available throughout the month of December and are able to work weekends and some weekdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
