This is an in-home and Community Position — you'll work one-on-one, directly in the individual's home, providing personalized support in a comfortable, familiar setting.

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, respectful support with daily living activities
- Assist with community engagement, appointments, and personal goals
- Help implement individualized support plans
- Build trust and consistency through reliable, caring presence
What We're Looking For
- A patient, dependable, and caring individual
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (FACIS/OIG screening)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience a plus — but not required. We'll train the right person.
