What You'll Do
- Work one-on-one with patients during visual processing evaluations and vision therapy sessions
- Administer, score, and enter evaluation results
- Support vision therapists and doctors in delivering high-quality patient care
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating make-up sessions
- Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate records
- Create patient binders and organize clinic materials
- Maintain inventory and stock therapy rooms
- Help keep therapy rooms and clinic spaces clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure follow-through on patient needs
- A genuine people person who enjoys building relationships with children, teens, adults, and families
- Exceptionally reliable—when you say you'll do something, it gets done
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
- Someone who naturally takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy

Experience We Value
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly valued:
- Teaching, tutoring, or early childhood education
- Working with children
- Physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy
- Optometry, pre-optometry, or optical experience
- Healthcare, caregiving, or rehabilitation settings
- Customer service and other people-focused roles
Flexible Hours (20–40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- No weekends
