Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Abuse Clinic – Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview
We are seeking a Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a collaborative environment, working under the supervision of our Agency Medical Director. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health needs, as well as provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder and Methamphetamine Use Disorder. Additional responsibilities may include supporting patients through ambulatory detox services when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient assessments and follow-up visits for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT for opioid and stimulant use disorders.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in developing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient education on medications, recovery strategies, and health promotion.
- Document clinical services accurately and timely in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Oklahoma.
- DEA and OBN registration with no restrictions
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, recovery-oriented care.
Schedule & Work Environment
