Role Description
This is a part-time Outpatient Clinical Psychotherapist role, based in Royal Oak, MI, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include providing individual and/or couples therapy, conducting mental health assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and offering guidance on relationship and mental health challenges. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to facilitate their personal growth and relationship satisfaction while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health principles
- Expertise in Counseling and Relationship Counseling
- Experience or familiarity in the intersection of Mental Health and Medicine
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice therapy in the state of Michigan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing client-centered care with cultural sensitivity
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Background in sex therapy or relationship counseling is a plus
