Flexible W-2 Private Practice Role

Location: Greensburg, PA
Practice: The Center for Psychological Services & Life Coaching
Position Type: W-2 Employee
Compensation: $40,000–$84,000 per year, depending on schedule, clinical hours, productivity, credentialing status, and role structure

The Center for Psychological Services & Life Coaching is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinical team.

The Center is a well-established, faith-based Christian group psychology practice located in a beautiful professional medical office setting with convenient access to Route 30 and Route 119. Our team provides counseling, psychological assessment, medication management, consultation, and collaborative care for individuals and families across the lifespan.

This role is ideal for a licensed master’s-level clinician who enjoys meaningful outpatient therapy work and is comfortable providing care to clients across a range of ages, diagnoses, life stages, and clinical needs. The position is especially well-suited for a clinician who values clinical excellence, professional collaboration, and the opportunity to build a flexible caseload within a supportive private practice environment.

The Center offers the flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of a W-2 employee position. Clinicians are supported with administrative systems, billing support, credentialing assistance, fully furnished office space, and opportunities for team collaboration and professional development.

About the Role

The clinician in this role will provide outpatient counseling services to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families, depending on experience, clinical strengths, and practice needs.

The Center has a strong referral base and ongoing demand for outpatient counseling services. Clinicians may work with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment concerns, relationship issues, parenting concerns, emotional and behavioral concerns, life transitions, stress management, grief, family conflict, spiritual concerns, and other bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs.

This position can be structured based on clinical fit, availability, credentialing status, and the therapist’s areas of interest. Some clinicians may prefer a broad lifespan caseload, while others may develop specialty areas with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, trauma, faith-integrated counseling, or other areas of clinical focus.

This May Be a Great Fit If You Are Looking For:

  • A flexible W-2 role that still feels like private practice
  • A minimum commitment of 16 clinical hours per week, with room to grow
  • A supportive clinical home with administrative and billing support
  • A steady stream of outpatient counseling referrals
  • The opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan
  • A beautiful, fully furnished professional office environment
  • A multidisciplinary team with counseling, testing, and medication management services
  • A practice culture that values faith, family, integrity, stewardship, and excellent care
  • Opportunities for consultation, mentorship, and team collaboration
  • The ability to build a meaningful caseload without carrying the full burden of solo private practice

  • Collaborating with parents, schools, physicians, prescribers, external agencies, and other supports when clinically appropriate and authorized
  • Participating in clinical consultation, professional development, and team meetings
  • Completing documentation in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing ethical, competent, compassionate, and clinically excellent counseling services

  • Private practice experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and follow-through
  • Leadership, supervision, consultation, or program development experience, with advanced salary options for clinical supervisors
  • Interest in contributing to a growing multidisciplinary practice

Schedule and Availability

This position is designed with flexibility in mind. Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week, with the opportunity to build a larger schedule depending on interest, availability, credentialing status, referral fit, and role structure.

Candidates are expected to maintain some flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs. Applicants with availability for at least one evening per week and/or Saturday hours are preferred, though final scheduling can be discussed based on clinical fit, practice needs, and desired workload.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $40,000–$84,000 per year, depending on schedule, clinical hours, productivity, credentialing status, and role structure.

Higher earning potential is available for clinicians who maintain a larger clinical schedule, build a consistent caseload aligned with practice needs, and serve in supervisory roles.
