About the Role
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, the Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks while keeping client needs at the center of their work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries (phone and email)
- Schedule new and existing clients with providers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system and electronic health record
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and staff
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Prior administrative, scheduling, or intake experience (healthcare or mental health preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfort with technology and learning new systems
- A warm, professional, and client-centered demeanor
Position Details
- Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week
- On-site in Creve Coeur, MO
- Pay range: $15–$18/hour, depending on experience
- Flexible scheduling within business hours
