Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Boutique Biological Dental Practice | Red Bank, NJ
We are a boutique, patient-centered biological dental practice in Red Bank seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a progressive environment that prioritizes whole-body health and uses advanced techniques such as PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), ozone therapy, and biocompatible materials. While experience in biological dentistry is not required, a genuine interest in learning and growing within this space is essential.
As our practice continues to expand, this role offers strong potential for professional growth and increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level chairside assistance in a single-doctor practice
- Ensure seamless clinical flow and exceptional patient experience
- Take radiographs (NJ license required)
- Maintain sterilization protocols and operatory efficiency
- Support patient communication and education
