GENERAL SUMMARY
The Director of Enterprise Systems has the responsibility of leading and coordinating implementation projects and optimization efforts for CHCS and its Practice Management (PM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. The main goal is to ensure long-term and daily use of technology meets the needs of users operationally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Builds confidence and trust as a knowledgeable leader internally within IT and in interactions with key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving in prioritizing work for the staff and in dealing with operational issues as they arise.
- Ensures visibility to all key stakeholders to ensure they feel they are heard and ensures that the team is responsive to their needs.
- Ensures visibility to the teams and direct reports by actively engaging in daily meetings, round ups and receiving escalations from the teams.
- Manages all operations related to EHR, HRIS, and PM implementations and ongoing support.
- Monitors, and reports metrics, Service Level Agreements and other ticklers on the overall performance and health of the team(s) to the Executive Team at a determined frequency.
- Plans and directs work of employees; ensures that staff is engaged and performing optimally in order to support the operational and project goals of the organization. Serves as project director for work as assigned.

MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field from an accredited university, and
- Five (5) to seven (7) years maintaining and supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, other Electronic Management systems, i.e., HRIS, Practice Management (PM). Experience with project life cycle methodology.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.
- Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) is a proven safe and harm-free method of behavior modification. All consumer-facing employees of CHCS must take NCI courses facilitated by the CHCS Training team within the first 45 days of employment.
- NCI is intended to support human service professionals in giving aggressive, disruptive, or out-of-control people the best care and welfare possible, even in the most violent situation.
- NCI training provides staff with the skills to safely recognize and respond to everyday crisis situations that may involve more challenging behaviors. It focuses on prevention and offers proven strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid PMP Certification.
- Seven (7) years or more leading and supporting EHR systems. SUPERVISION
- Work requires managing and monitoring work performance of a business unit or key work area including evaluating program/work objectives and effectiveness, establishing broad organizational goals, and realigning work and staffing assignments for the department.
SCHEDULE - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
