We are seeking behavior technicians, therapists, and teachers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available in our Wilton, CT location.

Job Duties:
- 1:1 therapy sessions with the goal of improving language, play, and social skills
- Collect data (user friendly digital data collection platform)
- Provide behavior support (1:1 and in group settings such as preschool classrooms)
- Collaborate with co-workers and other professionals
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Previous ABA experience
- Excellent references
- RBT preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status during the first three months of employment.
Compensation:
Compensation is competitive and is dependent on credentials and experience. RBTs typically fall in the $20-$37 range.

Supervision & Training:
Supervision for BCBA candidates available.
New employees receive ongoing training and support from BCBAs who are leaders in the field of Autism treatment.
