Essential Functions
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional medical office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands include standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.
Travel
Travel based on location.

This position involves direct patient interaction, coordination of care, supervision of non-licensed staff, and adherence to regulatory standards and facility policies.
Essential Functions
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures, adhering to established protocols and the nursing process.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and non-licensed staff members as necessary.
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring readiness for patient care.
- Assist with procedures as required, following physician orders and maintaining compliance with PA State Board of Nursing guidelines.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, response to treatment, and overall condition, intervening as needed.
- Administer medications per physician orders, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to address nursing issues and interpret facility policies effectively.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, infection control, emergency preparedness, safety, and quality assurance programs.

- Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current State Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
