- Extensive phone and computer usage to manage scheduling tasks effectively.
- Maintain a pleasant phone manner and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Collaborate with the Call Center Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical or office setting.
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
