- Distribute appropriate paperwork to patients with upcoming visits or procedures, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate recall appointments to ensure timely follow-up care for patients.
- Extensive phone and computer usage to manage scheduling tasks effectively.
- Maintain a pleasant phone manner and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Collaborate with the Call Center Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
