Key responsibilities include:

Lead Quality Initiatives: Spearhead the planning, development, and implementation of all quality assurance efforts, including data tracking, licensing, and accreditation processes.

Drive Performance Improvement: Serve as the organization's Quality Improvement Coordinator (QIC), responsible for setting and achieving Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) goals.

Analyze and Report Outcomes: Organize, analyze, and report on key performance data in collaboration with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to improve client outcomes.

Oversee Support Services: Manage and direct support staff functions, including medical records and front desk/reception activities.
Salary : $70,000 - $76,000
