This leadership role ensures operational excellence across all physical facilities by managing both proactive and reactive maintenance, supervising operations staff, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The Director plays a key role in developing staffing plans, managing budgets and resources, and supporting strategic capital projects and future development initiatives. Working in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Maintenance, this position supports departmental functions to ensure that maintenance systems and processes align with organizational goals

Qualifications
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, external vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Proficient in facility upkeep and maintenance, with the physical ability to lift heavy
- Vocational or technical training (or ability to obtain required certifications), basic
systems and tools.
- High school diploma preferred; valid New York State driver’s license required; must be available for on-call responsibilities.
