This position is eligible for rate differentials, with total hourly compensation starting at $20/hour and reaching up to $22.25/hour (depending on role & shift).

Schedules:
Full-Time: Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm

Some Job Responsibilities:
- It is the responsibility of the DSP to ensure that all individuals at their site receive support that is consistent.
- It is the responsibility of the DSP to advocate for those they support.
- It is the responsibility of the DSP to participate in trainings that will help them better understand and support those they work with.
- It is the responsibility of the DSP to work as part of a team at their site(s) to ensure the best support for individuals and to achieve mutual goals.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per CDD policy.
- Able to stand and bend throughout the day.
- Able to sit for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License;
