CCSN Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in CCSN's new Westbrook, CT office.
CCSN utilizes a center-based model to provide occupational therapy services for children and adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for implementing patient treatment plans as derived from standardized assessments. This candidate will work collaboratively with other Center providers, families, and clients to ensure positive outcomes and to promote the health and well-being of the client.
A minimum of one-year previous pediatric experience. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing occupational therapy services
- Assisting in the development of treatment targets
- Maintaining accurate records of treatment and billing
- Educating clients and their caregivers on home programs
- Demonstrating effective communication skills
- Collaborating with other service providers

The successful candidate will develop a schedule that aligns with the clinic’s patient needs and the candidate’s personal availability. CCSN is open M-F from 8:00 – 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00 – 2:30pm. Full-time roles are 40 hours per week, and per diem opportunities can be designed to meet the needs of the candidate and CCSN.
