About Us
Quick Consign is a fast-growing trading card and collectibles consignment company based in Clarks Summit, PA, and one of the top three sellers in its category on eBay. We help collectors sell their sports cards and TCG items, handling everything from photography and listing to shipping and client payouts. The Internship
This is a paid, hands-on internship in a fast-paced environment with room to grow. Interns work alongside our operations team and get real experience in e-commerce, inventory management, and the sports hobby industry. Strong interns may be considered for part-time or full-time roles.
What You'll Do
- Photograph cards for online listings, learning product photography standards for e-commerce.
- Enter photo files and listing titles into our inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders with precision and care.
- Work closely with team members to keep orders and inventory accurate and moving efficiently.
What You'll Learn
- How a high-volume eBay consignment business runs from intake to shipment.
- Inventory management and data-entry workflows used in online retail.
- Card identification and market knowledge across products, parallels, and players.
- Teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving in a real operations setting.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of sports cards (players, products, parallels, etc.). TCG knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Organized, with basic computer skills. Experience with Excel or inventory management is a plus.
- Friendly and personable, with good communication skills.
- Able to problem-solve while staying efficient.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable. You own your work and its impact, and consistency and a good attitude get noticed here.
- Flexible availability, including some day, evening, and weekend shifts.
