What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to evaluate and treat patients in their homes

What You’ll Need:
- Colorado RN license
- 1 year in acute care & home health (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Medicare home health experience is highly preferred
- EMR experience (Kantime a plus)
