What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources - Part-Time Admin position at The Center at Foresight?
The HR Admin is the first point of contact for employees and will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part-time work in the Human Resources field. This is an in person role, but there is flexibility with the days and hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support – Schedule interviews, conduct initial phone screens, and assist with candidate communication.
- Onboarding & Training – Coordinate new hire onboarding and recurring training sessions
- Employee Engagement – Assist with employee events and recognition
- Communication – Draft and/or distribute employee communication; provide suggestions to improve engagement
- Team Support – Work with Payroll, Executive Director, and HR Director on projects and daily task
- Administrative – Help maintain and organize employee files/records; handle confidential information; and support special HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or HR-related studies preferred.
- 1–3 years of related administrative, HR, or customer service experience.
- Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; interest in learning HR systems.
